I wanted my daughter’s room to be have a calm feeling. I chose simple items and soft colors, mostly white, light pink and gold. We moved her to her own room when she turned one. Below you’ll find some photos of her room during this time. I’ll link all the items that are available for purchase online.
We started with a white fluffy rug and sheer curtains but we ended up replacing those with a new pink and gold “Twinke Twinkle Little Star” rug and grey curtains in order to block out the morning sun. I do love the look of sheer curtains a little better but sleep is more important at this point so we decided to make the switch to blackout curtains.
